As a six year old Luis Olmedo Hutchinson wanted to start playing soccer, and for over 10 years, he has been able to follow passion. Hutchinson first started playing with his family at the field, and after meeting others who also had the same hobby, Hutchinson started to be interested. “As I got older, I found other people with the same interests; therefore, it started to grow on me.” He also started to get inspired by other players. For instance, Sergio Ramos was someone who Hutchison loved for his playing style and technique. Even though he may have changed teams, Ramos will always inspire him.
As a high school athlete, practice is the most important thing. Hutchinson practices with friends and does basic drills. By doing this, he is able to increase their efficiency as a team and work on his own abilities on pitch.
For Hutchinson, soccer is one of his favorite things. Playing helps him manage his feelings, as well as, distract him from his troubles and any issues. Soccer has also improved Hutchinson as a person. He is able to manage a team with others he does not know. Moreover, he has had the opportunity to make new friendships and get along with others. Hutchinson’s biggest achievement was winning first place in a tournament. He was so happy that he and his team were able to work together to bring home the win.
