Sushi is a very famous dish that was originated in Japan. This well known dish consists of a variety of ingredients, but the general ingredients of sushi are seafood and vegetables, and rice.

We wanted to get to know what people’s opinions were on sushi, so we asked a few students and teachers from Heritage what their favorite sushi roll was and why. The majority of people implied that they like California roll and Spicy Tuna roll the most because it’s tasty. Only two students replied that they don’t like sushi because they aren’t used to eating the raw fish, so they would prefer having vegetarian sushi.

Sushi is a famous dish, although not everyone is comfortable having raw fish in sushi, they are  always vegetarian options instead for everyone.
