A great way to stay on track is to run track! Or run in general. It is commonly seen that student athletes excel in school. Excercising releases natural endorphins that reduce stress and anxiety in any cases. Additionally, it may help with depression. These reactions have a direct impact on one’s school life. Getting that homework done is more feasible with more endorphins.
