Crumbl Review (Oct. 11-17)
October 15, 2021
This week’s new flavors consisted of funfetti, aggie blue mint, double fudge brownie, pumpkin cake. Funfetti had a good texture, but it was quite bland and lacked flavor so I would give it a 7/10. I think it’s a good choice for someone who doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth though. Aggie blue mint was a 9/10, since the frosting tasted exactly like ice cream and the cookie base complimented it well. It made me want to try the actual flavor of ice cream that the cookie was inspired by, so I would recommend it. Double fudge brownie wasn’t the best because of how artificial it tasted. It could be comparable to chocolate scented play dough. With that in mind, I would give this flavor a 4/10. Lastly, pumpkin cake had a softer texture than the rest, and the festive flavor paired well with the cream cheese frosting. Unlike funfetti, it was very sweet, so it’s good if you have a big sweet tooth.
